I feel sick. Could I be pregnant?

I was supposed to get my period today. For a whole week now Ive been getting heart burn off and on. I've thrown up two times and I feel sick to my stomach. Today I notices my breast felt a little harder and my veins are more noticeable. I took a test yesterday morning with a dollar store brand hpt And it was neg. I took one just cuz of how sick I've felt.
I feel exhausted during the day and Now I can't sleep at night. Are the symptoms related to pregnancy?

Some of the symptoms sound pregnancy related but theres a lot of things that can make you sick to your stomach so you dont wanna worry urself, and normally your breasts feel sore not hard. I'm kinda going through the same thing, and I've looked up some symptoms online, another sign is headaches I have been having them alot, I think you should wait a couple days and see if you get your period you might b just stress from thinking your pregnant and so you period could b late. But if you really wanna know I would get the first response test, they can tell you the earliest, the dollar store brands can sometimes be defective.

heart burn is a symtpom way later on in pregnancy when the woman's stomach is large and is pushing against her stomach and intestine. so heartburn this early is not a pregnancy sign. feeling sick to your stomach could be though as many women have nausea early on. being tired is a sign, but not being able to sleep is not. but since the preg test said negative, then it's a negative. if you were due for your period today, then the test would be accurate

Take a first response test I took one two days before my period was due and it came up positive in a matter of seconds. But i took a took a dollar store brand like 2 days later and the line was very faint. Now i have a beautiful healthy 9 month old
