my 5 year old cousin always draws borders around her picture

My 5 year old cousin always draws borders around her pictures.they always have a perfect pattern.is she sick?
i was wondering if that could be like, autism or something.she'll draw a picture and border the paper perfectly with, for instance,"heart,circle,heart,circle" all the way around.

since when is that not normal? don't jump to conclusions.
Does she show any signs other than just being creative for a 5-year old? If she is showing signs of Autism or something else.. then I would say you should check with specialists.. but if you're just basing it on her patterns I would say don't even worry about it.. she's a kid who likes patterns.
