How can I lengthen the morning nap if my 12 month old is dro

How can I lengthen the morning nap if my 12 month old is dropping the afternoon nap?
He was taking a 1.5 hour nap at 9am and a 1/2 hour one around 2 or 2:30pm. But now I lie him down for the afternoon nap and he just plays and babbles for an hour and doesn't fall asleep, only taking a 1hour and 15 minute nap from around 9:15am to 10:30. So he just dropped the nap but he is not compensating the time in the other one and if I lie him down a little later he still wakes up at 10:30 no matter what (same as night, no matter what time I put him to bed he still wakes up at 6:30am, I can't get to move his waking time to later and daylight savings time is about to happen).

no need to force his body -install black out blinds to encourage him to sleep later & keep him more active during the day. have Quiet Time mid afternoon for both of you -dim the lights, close the curtains, and play soothing music while you both read or play quietly.

Move his 9am nap forward an hour or 2, then he will be tired and sleep, and he will sleep better at night too :)

My suggestion is maybe push his morning nap till noonish and get rid of his afternoon nap all together... when my both of my sons were 1 they both lost their 2 naps and just took one 2 1/2 hr one later in the day. for instance we would get up at 7 and by 9 they were ready for a nap 2 hrs then by 3 they were ready for a very sort one and in bed at night at 7. after a while getting them down in the afternoon got harder and harder... so i kept them up for 4-5 hrs in the morning give them lunch and put then put them down.. then then slept better/longer and also still went to bed at 7... so just push the nap later in the day by a few hrs.
