According to this Austrian doctor it is!

"Professor Dr. Friedrich, a lung specialist in Austria, says picking your nose and eating it is healthy for two reasons:
1) "With the finger you can get to places you just can't reach with a handkerchief, keeping your nose far cleaner."
2) "Eating the dry remains of what you pull out is a great way of strengthening the body's immune system. The nose is a filter in which a great deal of bacteria is collected, and when this mixture arrives in the intestines it works just like a medicine."

What do you think? Personally, I think it's nasty and I won't be raising my son to eat his boogers.

MMM let`s see eating my veggies or my bugger?mmmm It`s not rocket science, the nose reproduces buggers so your nose can filter and catch things that can harm the lungs so yeah what ever the buggers catch to go to the lungs is not vitamins! Don`t believe everything you see on the internet or TV or else your 1 year old is going to teach you instead of you teaching her.

I have heard that before. That is nasty. My son will not be eating his boogers if I can help it.
