Pregnant and need help!?

I'm almost 4 months pregnant right now and have been with the baby's father for a little over a year now. He's always been controlling, abusive and kind of a nutcase. But things turned for the worse as soon as he found out I was pregnant. It's like everything just got worse and worse and worse. Some days he wants the baby and is excited, then others it's a "mistake", i need to get rid of it, it's not his, everything a mother doesn't want to hear. Every other day though now, we break up, then get back together. He's always coming up with different excuses on why we break up, and what i do "wrong". Let me just point out, I literally have never done one thing wrong in our relationship. And that's not just me being ignorant..it's a true statement. I'm pretty much like the guy's slave and do everything he says...unfortunately..and I just don't know how to even get out anymore. But onto the questions now since there's a little bit of background.. Knowledge of business and finance, please go to pregnancy
-If we stay broken up, can he get custody or anything of the baby?
-If i don't put his name on the birth certificate, what are his rights with the baby?
-As of now, unless he would change his ways, which i HIGHLY doubt, can i keep him away from the baby at all? And i mean permanently? To where he cant even see the baby?
-What can i do about child support? While I'm still pregnant and then after the baby is born?

I hope I can get some answers..I really need all the help I can get right now.

If you want child support from him the baby needs to be born first and you need to have the fathers name on the birth certificate to show the court he is the father. He can ask for a DNA test to make sure he is the father and the court will grant. If he is the father then he has to show facts to the court of why you are an unfit mother to get full custody but he can get partial custody meaning you two agree on getting the child every weekend or somedays out of the week. You cannot keep him away from the child if he is the biological father unless you show the court he is unfit parents or will do harm to the child. Now you have a child with this person it make the situation even more difficult because he too have right to be in this child life. But remember you do not need to stay with him only comunicate with him for the child purpose.
