the bio mother wants us to adopt. The mother has terminated her rights but it is not final. We no longer wish to proceed, how do we stop this?

this child has nowhere to go and you are going to deny it, that's nice if the child is older take it it can be really hard to know you denyed helping it if its a baby everyone out there wants a baby and it wont remember thats fine.
