Forgot to pay me for babysitting?

Forgot to pay me for babysitting?
I babysat 2 nice kids about 5 days ago for the first time. The parents said they would pay me prior to that. At the end of the babysitting, I just sorta waited for the dad to pay me but it never happened and still hasn't. Do I call him? Do I keep waiting until I see him again? Suggestions? Thanks

Call him or next time you babysit them say you would like to be payed for the last time you sat his kids.
Yes, I would call them and arrange a time for you to go over and get it from them. You provided them a service and they owe you the money. It may have been an honest mistake on there part, but there are people that figure they can get away with not paying their babysitter. And the next time they want you to babysit have them pay you upfront.
He may have forgotten to pay you or hes doing what we all do sometimes, pretend that you've forgotten (when you havnt because you think the other persons forgot aswell so you got out of spending a few quid). Just ring them up or go round there in person and ask them whether they may consider paying you for your time for looking after theer children. Things arnt free in life!
Call and don't sit for them again. They will stiff you or shortchange you every time. You should have said something at the end. Call him now, and say, "I think both of us forgot about the pay last Thursday. I should have said something then, but it slipped my mind."
