Could I Be Pregnant? Or Is this Pms?

My boyfriend and I are a little worried i might be pregnant.
Here are my Symptoms....
My Boobs Got bigger....But they dont hurt...But my nipples are tingly.
Im either Always hungry, or sick to my stomach
i Crave Pasta and Frosted Animal Crackers.
iv been having slight cramps and discomfort down there
(like something is pushing down there)
But like something is....Bubbling.....down there.
every night i have to pee what seems to be every ten mins.
My boyfriend says i feel extremly tight down there too when we have intercourse.
Please help If possible. i just need to know.

Yes these all sound like pregnancy symptoms. However I noticed you didn't mention a late period, so I'm assuming your period has been on time so far? If that is the case it would be a little unusual for so many symptoms to appear so early in a pregnancy. Unusual, but hardly impossible.

Have you noticed any cramping or spotting (light blood spots, too light to be a real period). These are generally the first symptoms that one notices when pregnant.

Anyways I can say that yes it is defiantly possible that your pregnant, but it's difficult to be certain at this point. I would suggest waiting until your period is due and if it is late by a couple of days buy and use a home pregnancy test. In fact I would suggest buying at least 2 home pregnancy tests, one to use as soon as your period is late and one to use about 1.5 weeks later. I say this because a pregnancy test won't be as accurate if used the moment that your period is late, they are more accurate if you wait. Few are willing to wait; so I generally suggest using one soon to get an idea if your pregnant and using one later when it would be more accurate to confirm the 'diagnosis'.
