Hi there!

I went 38 weeks with my twin daughters - but I was induced. I believe I would have gone over the 40 week gestation mark, if they had let me! My doctor did ask me if I wanted to wait another week to see if they came on their own, but I just wanted them out! lol

I gave birth to them vaginally without any complications whatsoever. My doctor also asked me if I wanted a c-section, but I refused! I was petrified of possibly having one!
At 7 minutes apart, they were both good weights, 6lbs & 4lbs 14oz.

My sis-in-law's mum had twins at 24 weeks along!!! The twins were both just over a pound each!!! But both turned out fine! They're about 20 years old now! lol

If you're worried about having them prematurly 'cause of your previous pregnancy. Tell your Doctor (at the hospital) about your worries. They'll be keeping an eye on you anyway, just for the fact that you're having twins. More often than not, twins do come early, but I know twin mums (including myself) who've gone the whole way!
Good luck to you hun!

i've heard that twins usually come early...or that they induce mothers at 35 weeks? Not really sure. all depending on how babies are positioned to know if you'll need a c-section or vag delivery
