Do cribs "expire" or are they fine as long

As long as they do not get a recall. The crib we have was from my husband boss's daughter she is now 6 or 7. Crib is still in great condition.
For ever and ever, Amen!
As long as it is decent shape and isn't going to fall apart, it should be good.
