My daughter and i need help money wise?
my daughter got caught stealing and shes 12 and she wants to know the way 4 her to pay me back with real money do u know any ways she can?shes 12

I caught my son stealing from me. He's 11. To make him pay back the money, he worked around the house, not just basic chores like helping with the laundry and putting away the dishes, but shampooing the rugs, washing the floors and washing the walls. I also canceled the spring break trip I had planned for us and did not buy him the nintendo DS he wanted. Along with that, people who gave him money for Christmas and his birthday would put the money in his hand and then make him hand it over to me.

Obviously, this wasn't about the money. The amount he stole was only about $25.00, but I wanted to drive home the point that this can NEVER happen again. It may sound harsh, but your daughter is at an age where what you do and what you say can still make a difference. Instead of making her work off dollar for dollar, maybe make her work off $5 for each dollar stolen. Make your point crystal clear when she's 12 and you won't have to do it when she's 16.
well she could babysite or wash cars
i would write out a long list of chores, and pay her accordingly, or have a close friend or family member do that so she feels she's getting the money from other thatn you
