My little sister is ten and she is just the biggest brat and she screams when there is no need, her temper is outrageous and shes bipolar. She has no respect for me my older sister, my older brother, nor my parents and she needs to learn to control herself and i need to find a boot camp for her.

She doesnt need boot-camp, she needs an ***-beating. When I was a youth, I got an ***-beating just for standing around looking stupid. And I have turned into a successful businessman who pulls in six figures a year. Your sister simply needs some discipline.

Do some research about te best ways to discipline a bipolar child. She needs to be disciplined but in a different way than regular children. She should also be in therapy or a bipolar support group.

Don't hit her because she won't be used to it yet and she'll say you guys beat her and abused her. Take stuff away from her. Ground her.
