Swimmers if you've gotta pee before your race, what

I'm on the swim team and go to quite a few competitions. Before a race I have alot of nervous energy and I have to pee bad. There isn't enough time to run back to the bathrooms and it really sucks to try to swim a race with a bursting bladder!!

My friend says that if it happens to her, she'll just jump into the warmup pool and go for a quick pee before racing. What would you do?

This happens to me, too. I just go pee in the pool. If you have to go, you have to go. Nobody will notice unless the water is crystal clear like drinking water. They might not even notice that. Hope this Helped!!!

And, as I said back then, peeing in the water is absolutely disgusting. It's not okay. If you're cool with swimming around in your own urine, pee in the tub - That doesn't mean everyone else wants to swim around in it.

Besides it's to different pools pee in the warm up POOL!!
