My 13 year old Girl friend wants a kid!?
im 14, my girlfriend is 13. we have been togather half a year and totally inlove, we have acomplished alot of feelings with eachother and have many plans for the future, but recently shes been upset because she doesnt want to wait and wants to get pregnant already! i told her we are way to young and it would mess up eachothers lives maby. im so inlove with her and i dont know what to do i dont want a kid at 14 years old!

Handling a baby is hard work- if shes ever watched 16 & pregnant even they struggle and they are 3 years older. Also Its illegal. And only about 5% of teenage relationships especially if you have a baby you will both be getting stressed at each other. And she will have to give up some of her education time (miss school) and you will still have to go so she will be on her own most of the time.


Just tell her your both too young and if she does dump you then she just don't truly love you.

Its different to baby sitting because you can give the child back but once you have a child you cant change it. He or she will always be yours.
I am thirteen too. We are still kids. Come on, she barely passed her 1st period, or did she have it yet? The guys i know in my school only go out with a girl if there hot(immature), than break up with her the next day (i'm not saying to do that) but don't grow up to fast(tell her that) the guys i know i my school are immature enough to say your "flat" when we are only in 7th grade. I mean come on who expects a girl to have hugee when shes only thirteen( not saying to tell a girl that). Anyway, going off subject sorry. But were kids, like its cool that you are in LIKE with her. But come on, she woudn't break up with you if you said no, cause if she did than why would you guys be in love when shes not gonna be with you over something that a thirteen year old shouldn't think of. PLEASE don 't do it.
okay FIRST off 13 and 14 year olds don't know what love is some adults don't know what love is. shes crazy if she wants a child this early and you need to tell her look im not having a kid with you my parents and yours would be mad ( i would think) and tell her kids are allot of work and money don't get me wrong i love kids but i cant afford to have any you guys aren't even old enough to get jobs.

Ok, I'll explain.
She has NO idea what it would take to raise a kid. She'd have to drop out of school. That ought to be enough to make her reconsider this decision that she'd have to be on drugs to go through with.
Oh yeah, another HUGE issue even before the whole life-down-the-toilet part. YOU don't want to. That should be enough for her.

Plus it'd ruin your life too. If you have to, break up with her.

Tell her no. That's ridiculous. Who has a kid at thirteen? That's dangerous for both the baby and her, as her body is still growing! I'm your age and can't imagine having a kid, or even having sex. It's too much responsibility, you guys have the rest of your lives to have a kid, if you guys are that in love, she should be able to wait.
Be the obviously more mature one here and hold back any sexual contact until you are both old enough and even then, insist on birth control - you can see to that. How silly is she being?.

Met my husband when I was 14 and he was 15, we felt it was love at first sight and must have been right (been together for 26 years!), BUT .... we didn't want to be tied down with children whilst we had education and teenage years and work and further education to keep us fullfilled. We had children at 33 and 34 and are very happy that we waited until we were mature grown ups.
If you feel uncomfortable making this girl pregnant, then don't. Leave her. You are too young to be a father, and she to be a mother. If you get her pregnant, she will blame you for making her pregnant, even if she wanted it.Always be aware of how you feel, and if you ever feel uncomfortable, than don't do it. Good Luck
