Is my sub. in the wrong? or am I?
So yesterday this really mean substitute (I'm in 7th grade) gave me a referral( a note that goes on your records and after so many you get suspended for a few days and you can't go to field day) because I smacked a boy in the face. But the only reason I smacked him was because he had came over and started singing and hit me on the head. She gave us both a referral and and I told her that if he hit me I would defend myself and hit him back. Then I said that she better not give me a referral and she said that she would give a referral just for that attitude. Do you think I was right or was she right? And was the boy just being mean or was he flirting?

answer:
I think you would have had a case, until you said you told the teacher that she better not give you a referral. You get the referral for mouthing off to a teacher.

You should have gotten two referrals. One for hitting and one for being so rude and disrespectful to your teacher. Im not a teacher but it has to be a very hard job and kids like you make it hard. She is trying to teach you ungrateful little brats.

She was right to give you both a referral. Both of you need to keep your hands to yourselves. Two wrongs don't make a right.

You retarded? You hit the kid if someone gets in a fight both people get in trouble. You could've easily told the teacher. Your wrong

the boy was prob just being mean and also, the sub was right. how can u ttalk 2 her like that??? i hope ur joking, if ur not, life will prob b hard 4 u
