Lilianna Reese is a beautiful name. Go for it!
Lilianna sounds lovely and feminine...personally I like the spelling Liliana a little bit more (it seems more European and elegant to me), but either way it's a very nice, pretty name.

I don't care for Reese, though...it's just too unisex, and doesn't really complement Lilianna. I love the original Welsh spelling, Rhys, for a boy, but don't really like Reese on either gender. What about Lilianna Rose, Lilianna Clarice, or Lilianna Ruby?
I love Lilianna, but I'm not really sure about Reese. I personally love Lilianna Rose. She could be Lily Rose for short.
Lilianna is lovely. Reese is a masculine boy's name.
Lilianna is pretty though personally i prefer Liliana as a spelling
